Hello everyone, I just closed escrow today on an apartment building in San Bernandino, CA and I was wondering if anybody has worked with a good property management company they recommend or a bad one they recommend staying away from. 

Not sure if you will be closer to what is called the Inland Empire or San Diego from the area you are moving to.  

Ideally I want to focus on San Marcos TX for my first investment.

I was curious to all the wholesalers out there in some of the other big markets like atlanta, nashville, dallas, florida, texas, memphis, san diego, los angelos, and other hot markets for cash buyers.

From what I can see real estate is the way to go.I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm in the San Diego area, so I'm really concerned with buy and hold and out of state investing.
