Its a low income neighborhood and the tenant had some financial hardships in the past which I have agreed to overlook in exchange for last month's rent up front (rather than collecting just the first month and a security deposit). 

Hiring out services isn’t going to help you financially that’s for sure .

Long term goal is to gain financial freedom so I don't have to continue to move around as my job request.

I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life right out of college, but her introducing me to real estate helped me to see that there was a financial salvation.

Unfortunately, he is not always financially responsible.

I suppose you could list the property as if it was a commercial property by disclosing all kinds of financial information, cap rate, etc. hoping that you might get a higher price, but buyers won't pay more than market value which is the "comps".Cheers...

I have done some reading about real estate investing and believe that it's time to execute the strategies toward financial freedom.I'm interested in "subject to" housing, foreclosure, wholesaling, and other strategies when it comes to real estate investing.I would love to hear from someone who is a full-time real estate investor/ flipper in the Providence, Rhode Island area.

My word of advise is, to educate yourself on what syndications are about, what type of asset classes are offered through syndications, what type of financial pre-reqs they have, familiarize yourself with SEC ruling 506 D both options b and c.  

For the past couple years I’ve been focusing on gaining as much Real Estate knowledge as I can while I financially prepare myself to start investing myself.
