As of now I am a senior in high school with good grades and have a good shot at a full ride scholarship at my state college.

Still, it was ground into my elementary-school brain that "these will send you to college".

During my last semester of college, My father and I opened a wood-fired pizza and homemade ice cream restaurant in central West Virginia.

Anyway, I'm in a college town as well so I'm looking to take advantage of the student market out here.  

I was just out of college and saw a house for sale for $9,000.  

But what that number doesn't tell you is that our average age is actually decreasing as we attract more and more young college-educated millennials (who are totally re-engerizing the small business sector).  

I am currently a college student double majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems with a minor in Real Estate.

With a little introduction: I am a first-generation college student at Metropolitan State University majoring in Computer Science: Bachelor of Science program.

(note: one reason for the covenants was to prohibit college students from renting in the subdivision).  

I've always been a super-saver and and investor, and between college scholarships and some very good job opportunities I've found myself with a solid cash position.
