Student rentals obviously in any university/college town, rent to own anywhere, multifamily especially in the lower priced areas of Ontario like London, Windsor, the Niagara Region, parts of Cambridge, Hamilton, and several towns along the 401 between Kitchener and London and between Oshawa and Kingston.There's also still good rental opportunities in the eastern provinces.Right now the market is flat or declining in most of Alberta, it's a fantastic time to pick up very favorable seller financing in the Calgary - Edmonton corridor.

To be clear, I think the homes that were abutting or VERY close to the train tracks were impacted.The rest of the town, like all of eastern MA continued to ride the rising market.

We can see China is having issues with monies, rates etc and Eastern Europe has Brexit which all of this might just stimulate housing in the US.
