@Jack Sullivan- thanks ....fyi -if you make a move to a job that pays commission/ bonus or overtime income - you will likely need a solid two years of tax returns from this posiiton in order to qualify for a loan .....if you buy and use present job - your base salary / wage will likely be usable for qualifying

I also recommend setting aside a portion of your income automatically, every month; we used bonus money and tax returns, plus tax free from deployments.
