A virtual assistant? 

I am in Charlottesville, VA but I work virtually and my market is in Richmond.

She has been turned down for both, as she is eligible for employment, just chooses not to work as several of her daughters are in school virtually.  

If you have access to CoStar, then you have the owner info for virtually every 5-15 unit property on the market (it doesn't include many fourplexes).

Should one pop up it is quickly bid up by anxious investors so that it is no longer a bargain.I understand it can be daunting for a new investor to invest in real estate virtually, but that approach has proven to be profitable for myself and many others. 

Does the SD REIA meet virtually so I could start connecting with other investors in the area as well?

I was thinking the same, that for $10k I could just learn by investing and not from the course.Since it's virtual now, I guess the connections wouldn't be as easily made
