While it's always a good idea to visit any market and see what the properties look like in person, the most important aspect of RE investing is working with a team you trust.

You're right: it's good to have realtionships with with many different people in all aspects of the industry.  

Most people likely don't realize that it's a vinyl product...the technology has come a long way.Regarding color, you can find the modern grey mixed with a little brown and have something both modern and timeless.
