But you will get FAR more ahead in life by having a good character and living responsibly.

Its probably dangerous to offer to answer questions to a newby, I have so many right now I cant keep my head on straight.

Though I feel like I’ve done my share of due diligence, I’ve gone ahead and set up an appointment with an attorney that I’ve met through my local REIA for a consultation that will cost me $250.

My question is, would it be a messy procedure if we still went ahead with this house with a specific clause that the tittle be cleared and leins be taken off, otherwise we dont close on it.
