As a buyer of his notes that he re-sells, you get notes that have had some form of workout arrangements already done, so the borrower is in a more affordable situation and you get a cashflow source.He can better explain the other benefits of his training program; that might also be somewhere on his website.

Land Lording can be a challenge in some jursidictions.I doubt many places can be as difficult to own rentals as Baltimore Maryland and yet I was able to make great cash-flow in spite of difficult laws and very liberal judges.There are always ways to handle tenants like the ones in the story.... it starts with who you allow to let rent from you and continues with how well you manage and train them.Do that well and most issues will never become problems.

One of the things stressed in Coldwell Banker Previews (upscale marketing) training is that many wealthier people do NOT like pictures of their Realtors or other service providers on marketing materials.Lower class and middle class sellers were fine with photographs.

On the other hand, getting sued because he does something dumb or having to evict a tenant without a rental agreement would be pretty costly too.I'm looking for opinions - should I keep him and work harder on trying to "train" him, or fire him and go with the PM co. despite it being twice as expensive?
