Hi Tauno,While I’ve never rented to a person who runs a small business, I have been involved with financing vehicles to people who run small businesses multiple times over the last decade.

There are lots of vehicles out there that'll keep your principle safe and give you a good return every month. 

My concern is that I do not occupy the investment Property and I do not reasonably foresee any association between my private personal vehicle and the parking spot, which would be least in conjunction with my residential investment.

I've been creeping around this forum for a while, but (I hope) I'm finally ready to take advantage of real estate as a vehicle for wealth.

I went through trial and error with many investment vehicles.1st was CDs, Mutual Funds/ very slow returns 2nd was investing with people who say they can give me great returns/ Works but not every time. 3rd learning to invest in ETFs, Stocks and Options contracts/ Worth the journey. 4th was passive income business.

Most vehicles would not only deliver 0% but would likely also destroy principal.

The fancy plumber outfits with vehicles all tatted up are usually pricey also.

Could own a vehicle someday if I wanted to get fancy.
