Including logging in, navigating, scanning in the mortgage statement, entering the transaction into my bookkeeping software - I can pay a mortgage in about 5 minutes.  

However it does not always work consistently, too many glitches, navigationally unfriendly, for me anyway.  

Bought it the day it came out as I was eligible for an upgrade and it was pretty cheap.While there were some hardware issues, the software is the best I've seen.The cards for multitasking, the browser, the way everything comes together (synergy), keypad you'll get used to, free navigation etc. are all great to me.All we need are some apps now.

I'm seeking insights from those who have navigated similar waters, especially in remote investing scenarios.

I'm comfortable navigating those rules.The over analysis above stems from only having four multi-family properties in production to-date and being concerned this will be seen as not enough experience.In the end, the numbers will speak for themselves.
