I was merely saying the super low interest rates are starting to wind down -- it'll still be a few years of consistent increases before it significantly impacts funding.

To me it seems, and I could be wrong, but it seems regardless of what the market is doing there is room for investors to make moves. upward markets build equity that can be borrowed to multiply number of boxes/doors.

@Bob Hucker  We did not have new wire run to separate the fan from the light so for now the pull chains will be used to start the fan but I bet they will be used only once in a while as our weather is pretty consistent.  

. :)our lumber pac's this year are consistent with last year.what the beef is the crown sells stumpage at an artificially low price compared to what the state and federal timber in US is sold for on the stump and what private timber owners sell their stumpage for.. thereby giving CA and unfair advantage  ergo tarrifs..the delivered log price on the west coast has not changed dramatically this logging season.

Its also clearly in good shape. 35k goes a long way when you're doing minimal stuff....filling a pool consists of jackhammering the concrete, filling it with dirt and smashing it down.

Look for long term consistency rather than people who just hit a home run.
