If you want to do the inspection for the buyer, then it should ONLY be a house that you are not listing (and probably not one in the company you work for...unless you do dual agency).

BremnerThe other option would be to use a "non-agency" loan product where income/debt ratio is not a factor and there is no seasoning requirement or 3 months seasoning requirement.
