I am fresh out of school and I am trying to find a quad-plex to invest in in the Chicago-land area.

I did some investigation online and from what I read, there doesn't seem to be a way turn down the tap water temperature without it affecting the temp of the water feeding the radiators.

Hanson also faces state charges in Greene County Circuit Court for a similar, but unrelated, fraud scheme.The FBI and IRS investigated this case.Now, I knew this guy !  

If you do your inspections well and figure out what the expected repairs will be, then you should have a good idea.Even if you don't get this project, going through the motions to investigate and learn about the process is valuable.  

I'd love to know where they get their comps off and how fresh/accurate they are

I can't find any good comps, It seems a lot of the properties sell at this price and none are selling that are turn key and freshly rehabbed. 

It is newly renovated, new kitchen with marble tops and appliances and flooring and fresh paint.

Sort of starting anew with a fresh market, but it'll be fun.
