What’s the most relevant real estate news you have read or heard in the last thirty days?

I'm Todd Hornquist from Zumbrota MN near Rochester, passionate about real estate investing for one year.  

Also real estate prices have gone up and looks like slight correction in this market but prices are still high. 

You will find tenants MANY times are not the most communicative or helpful sort.

I am wrapping up my licensing education with the intent of being able to buy and wholesale solo part-time, while keeping my full time job.How would I go about finding a brokerage that would sponsor me as a sales agent while allowing me to have this flexibility?

There's been significant growth in the last 3-5 years, with booming business and real estate sectors.

I now want to diversify, I have around $1m in S&P 500, and want to use the other $1.5 for real estate investing.My end goal is to build a Real Estate Empire and I feel like I am in a very good situation to do so,I love working and I am not looking for "passive income".What would you pros do in my situation?

I’m assuming most of you are going to say BP for deal analysis calculator, but curious what you are using to easily find comps for ARVs, etc. 

Wanted to get your input on this.Been screening multi-family and commercial real estate opportunities. 

I just have 5 units and am doing other work to help pay the bills in addition to doing all the property management myself (upkeep, repairs, cleaning in between tenants, mowing, finding & interviewing tenants etc).
