( i got the best partner ever, my future wife) and then we started to realized we could make money out of it.

I know my why, and I know I want to build my monthly income through cash flowing rentals to where I can leave my job, I just want to leave my job as soon as I can and I feel that the larger profits from flips can get me there faster.

If in case you ever go through an eviction , section 8 will continue to pay during the period of an eviction up until tenant is out of your unit.
