@Cameron Daste- thanks ....you will have a challenge with finding much in the KING COUNTY area for 500-700K range ...if you want to remain local - you will likely need to broaden to Pierce / Snoh County area .

Likely it's that they legally have to have a physical address and as they meet clients at clients home, have them pick out roofing in a catalog and have it delivered directly to the client, there's no need for a physical building.

So far I have learnt that we need to do the following:1) Get a TPT (Transaction Privilege Tax) license. 2) Register the property as a rental property in Maricopa county records.
