I have noticed the two tenants that are in there both have another normal size fridge as well in their units but unfortunately this is about all the space we have to work with in each unit for kitchen as they're all along a wall. 

Is this common?

I notice one thing on my condo rentals in Las Vegas.  

If I do not have the name of the person currently residing in the apartment, whose name do I put on the eviction notice?

Look at google street view... second unit, with the sheriff eviction notice and the trashed miniblinds.

Since our purchase the market has started to level out but noticeable increase in the value of our property nevertheless. 1 month of sweat equity and a fresh paint job, the place looks pristine. 

I've noticed some wholesalers saying deals must be all cash and some even require no contingencies. 

I think the underlying problem here is the roofer (notice i did not say roofing company), had a bad previous experience from a different client and is simply protecting his behind from being burnt again.

I have provided notice to evict one of the units and move in.Now, my boyfriend and I are discussing getting engaged, and if we do, we would like to rent a place closer to where we both work.
