I definitely want to see the decks and views

I am located in Ferndale and would love to hear as many people's point of view for the surrounding areas.

Financially it makes sense to keep the profits being generated by my US LLC over here and from a purely personal point of view I'm always keen to take on new challenges.

Hi Eric...First, I'm new to this so my opinion should be taken accordingly.The first thing that I do when I get these emails is go to Google maps and drive the area in Street View.

This will also affect how insurance would view it.

But again, the difference is, you now know what you have and most repairs should be in the rear view mirror for years to come.

Are the values of homes (neighborhoods) lower from an appraisers point of view due to proximity to nuclear, or do you find that buyers have concerns, or both?

The property is in a nice neighborhood with a lake view so I would imagine it appreciates more rapidly (not that I ever intend to sell)If this helps, here is some other info:I have about 50k in stocks right now that I could sell if i needed to (i'd rather not)I make 90k a year at my jobAm I over my head on this one?
