I don't know how big the office is that you are considering but KW has an awesome learning based program and is indeed a family.Although the "how to's" can be overwhelming and complex, to make sure you have properly addressed all issues, the real challenge and the heart of the business is all about "lead generation".

In using Craigslist to obtain leads for tenant positions, what has been the result on first impression and post-rental?

Hi,I've noticed that most FSBOs are not receptive in doing a lease option or terms type deal.Some say don't use words like "lease option, lease purchase or rent to own" with sellers because a lot of sellers really don't understand and it may confuse them.I've been unable to find sellers that will entertain doing a lease option or terms type deals.I've heard that some use expired listings as a lead source but I've been unable to get a Realtor to provide any expired listings so I tried to contact the FSBOs directly on-line.Not finding any sellers that will do creative deals like lease options or terms. 

I am going to join this one and see where it leads.

I hope all is well...was hoping to get some help or leads in regards to finding a private lender or some direction on a personal line of credit to extend my reach with my flips.

It's amazing how just driving around can lead to so much networking.
