I live in the Eastern Burbs.

I have seen one seminar company using this model that I believe was legit; questions were answered personally by the “guru”, he held conference calls with all the mentored 3 time weekly, and he personally answered emails.  

It begins at 5:00pm Pacific (6 Mountain, 7 Central, 8 Eastern). 

If anyone has tips on getting started or has leads on properties or investment opportunities in eastern North Dakota or Northwest Minnesota I would be eager to listen and discuss.

Might want to check out opportunities farther west in towns along the I-81 corridor in the Shenandoah Valley or the eastern panhandle of WV.

A Certified Property Manager qualification already exists, conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management.  

The managing broker is Nick Aalerud a very experienced investor based in Eastern MA.  

I've been hoping to find a duplex in an eastern suburb area that my wife would be okay with living in, to house hack our way into home ownership and investing but not seeing anything in decent areas at all.
