Maybe if he sees the value in selling all 8 at once instead of separately, he would be more likely to lower prices as a package.

A client of mine did this and have me rented it out as a package deal to not deal with the meter situation and parking is right on that street too.

I will consider selling a 10 package deal locally...no owner carry.

Hi guys,I just got my taxes done by my accountant and it turns out that I have to pay over 3K for 2014 (yes I was waaayyy behind but finally got my act together and pulled everything into an accounting package).

So, for example, an iron railing would not be Equipment, but an appliance package would be. 

Essentially you go to a free one then they get you to sign up for a $2,000 one then they get you to sign up for packages ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 I believe it is.

We are looking for info on how we would finance/buy a package deal of investment properties?
