I live in Davis, CA, where my husband and I just bought our dream home in June 2014 after selling our first home in Berkeley, CA that we owned for just 2 years...we had put in 3.5% with an FHA loan and eloped instead paid for a fancy wedding (much to the disapproval of my mother-in-law).

But so many brokers just toss something on the MLS and wait for the phone to ring.  

Just in case this does work and the phone does start ringing here and there i'm going to get my head back into the forums and books to prepare. 

Come out to the next RING meeting (Real Estate Investors Networking Group) on Thursday night March 14 at 6:15 pm at the Tuckahoe Library at 5001 Twin Hickory Road in Glen Allen.

It does have a carport in the rear but my phones are ringing off the hook at $675/mo.
