It's very strong and to take a hammer to bash up the tile tends to also damage the plaster/drywall in the adjacent rooms.

As for power tools I love my cordless dewalt drill for small jobs but tend to buy the corded tools most of the time.the corded tools seem to last better and you do not have to worry about batteries and proper care on that.

I have rented to two lawyers with no problems (they actually tend to know how stressful and difficult the legal system can be and probably want to avoid it as much as anyone, but you do everything by the book anyway, so no worries)..Also, look at consumer/car/other debt and payments.
