I was preapproved for the dscr loan and have the 25% down payment and was planning on buying a 6 unit apartment that a realtor had shown me but another buyer bought it first before I completed my process so now I am looking for another multi unit property. 

So the tenant will need to find another place to live or the landlord will need to lower the rent.I have many years experience of successfully working with the local housing authority that administers the Section 8 program in our town.  

So, you can find successful hosts pretty much everywhere but I'm interested in what the average host makes because I have to be conservative in my assumptions.If you have friends who are hosting successfully there, I'm not sure why you don't ask them your questions. 

I am lucky that my wife knows people that have successfully started and some that have failed doing this.

@Maricela Alonso there's plenty of successful people and companies doing wholesaling here in NJ.I'm also a buyer 👍

However, I just reached the decision to sell it an hour before posting this (so that part of the process has barely started).I have an eye on a specific property I really want, but it just went up today and already has 32 saves on Zillow.

@Mark Forest if you knew your data, then you'd also know that Detroit is using the US Census Bureau over several of its antiquated & mistakenly applied practices that have not properly recognized Detroit's growth over the last 5-6 years.Not even going to bother copying an article link here for your benefit as your head is buried too deep in the sand for any logical info to reach you.I'm sure you're successful wherever you're investing.
