I have a lot of contacts back in the south Pittsburgh area for construction as I used to build homes there about 7 years ago.  

I'm down south in LA.

Just a lot of work... and a lot of the work just is not that fun.. then take where mine were  at, All mid west and south east Memphis to Atlanta   we were spread over C and B... you just get tired of getting reports of break ins condenser theft.. move outs trashed units... evictions etc etc...

I'm a few hours south of you focusing on low income buy and hold investing.  

Make sure you and your other partner have a dissolution agreement in place in the event things go south you know what will happen. 

The market in Cheyenne is higher priced than in Greeley and I feel northern CO has more to offer than Cheyenne so those two reasons are why I'm moving my interests south.

Was wondering if anyone knew of some investor friendly title companies in the south bay that I should give a try contacting.

It's like a mini South Beach.
