Is there any concept of "inventory" for home building?

I won't be making any additions immediately, it I did turn this property into a student rental, I will come back at this concept later down the road.

The last thing you want is to piss off one of the siblings because they think you "screwed" them by eventually selling the place for 100s of thousands in profit when you only paid them a small portion of that.That last concept bears repeating: Don't leave anything open ended with a plan when it involves family, ever.

Purchased end of sept of 19 and sold march 4 of 20 completed renovations mid to end of December, Full renovation inside and out, added a third full bath downstairs, added central air, removed 2 walls in kitchen for open concept, and made a dedicated laundry room.

The typical BRRRR concept is to buy the property with cash and refinance your money back out and repeat it.

@Ryan Alexander, I love the concept of multiple streams of income under one roof or on the same property.

I clearly remember the first conversation we had and he asked me about my goals and threw out all of these concepts/abbreviations that at the time were foreign to me.

I’m pretty conservative and seek to buy rental properties with cash or little leveraging but the concept of lazy equity is bothering me.
