Hello Everyone,New to STR and seem to have been spending nearly every night looking for possible STR properties in the Smokey Mountains (Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg) and Colorado (Vail/Dillon/Grand Lake) and analyzing comps using AirDNA.

@Beth Gorman i've done two garage conversions in Colorado Springs on two different house hacks.

I am beginning to set up an LLC in North Carolina (my home state) and I am wondering if I should transfer a piece of land (out of state in Colorado) into the new LLC. 

I still have been unsuccessful at using the search method to find Home Inspectors in Denver or Colorado.  

As I am also licensed in Colorado. 

Colorado and Denver in specific have the benefits of not only having a major medical and travel professional demand but also the demand from digital nomads and others simply wanting to come and live here for a while. 

In my market of Colorado, I will need to have favorable terms of low down payment and low interest.
