I am a Real Estate Broker and investor in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids markets.

Cedar Rapids must have tenants that stay a long time.

I'd be moving to a place with a much cheaper (but rapidly growing) cost of living.

I feel a bit bad for the team at Bridge because they have been great throughout this entire process and has been rapid in dealing with any issues that pops up, and this happening will increase their holding costs.

They also have a rapidly growing population that is in need of affordable housing so house hacking is very popular and companies like Pad split seem to be doing well here. 

I’m looking to connect with Grand Rapids investors.

Average family Principal & Interest payment $442.58.Michele had some points right, some not.But our program most definitely benefits both investors and families alike - hence the steady and rapid expansion. 

I would heavily consider the San Antonio, TX area due to rapid appreciation, economic diversity, and a relatively low price of entry.
