From the looks of it, making reasonable bid at auction can score a good deal on a home, and if the deal is "too good to be true" then lien/mortgage holders can buy the right to the deed from you within 1 year for a 20% premium.

I wouldn't offer those "premium" features unless they commanded $$.Be sure to follow any local pool rules, like fences if required.Have a good lease.

We occasionally use props / costumes in our videos, so including that I've invested approximately $1,500 TOTAL (equipment + props combined + editing software etc).
