What I’ve found is that following your brain over your heart never works out and I am definitely more passionate about the buyers side / investment side.

I have a passion for big data and using it to drive results (especially in real estate).

Everyone shows up as an open book and is passionate about real estate.

My true passion in this business is hiring psychology but I’ve found most people start nodding off 😴 every time I start talking about it lol 

It’s not an end all be all, capital raising is far more complex than telling people you’re passionate about something.

Anyone feel passionate about this either way?

If it could add passion to someone who has been doing this as long as I have, I suspect a younger, motivated person could come out of BPCon having goals in a different stratosphere than prior to attending BPCon.I will also add that for someone starting out, the social/network connections are more valuable than they are for someone at my stage.
