If BK filing preceded foreclosure conclusion, I thought BK would preempt further foreclosure action, unless BK court allowed foreclosure to continue.

So this action is normal.The other concept that I want you to be an expert in is the refinance rules for an investment property.  

I am turning 24 in March and am thinking that now is the best time to apply action and get into Real Estate full time.
