Just indicate that you purchased the book on what date at what price.

They allow you to apply online but the system works poorly at best and you will most likely have to go there to finish the application anyway.

You can work your option in a number of ways, including that if property is purchased for $x by x-date, that $x of the option will be applied towards purchase price.

Or maybe someone trustworthy looking for a little extra cash...I found a maid service online that will only do it Monday - Friday and charges $170 - but that's for a thorough full house clean and I don't need that much.Any info helps!
