A good majority of people do own firearms and I’d say even people that are not “Gun People” may just own a single gun for protection inside their home.If it’s an area of concern maybe consider talking to the possible tenants about their firearms first and what knowledge or training they have with firearms first to see if it makes you more comfortable?

There's strong correlation between massive hiring of tech company in the 2014 era to massive home appreciation in last decade.Yes Gilroy area would also rise especially when these new train system is coming up.Back in 1990 I used to be able to purchase one in palo alto area but foolish enough I didn't buy, some of my colleague could retire nicely just because of the housing there.
