They were told that since they will be purchasing a fifth property with a Jumbo loan (with total value of loans in excess of $4 million) they would need 120 months of reserves for all of the loans put together (about $1 million in reserves).

As per the servicer themselves, they cannot foreclose because the the military personnel is still on the note.

We were overseas in Okinawa.... and I don't know anyone who bought... there might have been, but I only knew renters (and we had to pay in cash monthly... that was a pain!).
