I've had better ideas..I swear.I am here to learn about investing in general, as there are investment vehicles I am sure I don't even know of at this time, but wholesaling seems to be the most appealing as it would increase my negotiating, direct mail, and networking skills...all of which would help any future real estate investing plans.I look forward to learning from the community and helping others whenever my knowledge allows.

i heard somewhere where 75% of American live paycheck-to-paycheck. i even heard a stock broker say a lot of his clients live the same - we're talking HUGE salaries too.we don't know this guy's situation. maybe he has medical bills, child support, yada yada. it's not always people spending beyond their means - though that does happen a lot too.
