You could take it a step further and even use a free home inspection app.

Go to local REIA meetings (the app "meetup" is great for finding those) to meet other investors who might make great partners who might be able to help with financing, experience, or referrals. 

His app states it was due to problems when owning his own business.

Hi all, I'm not a Mac or iPhone user (but my partner is) and he uses an app called Property Fixer Pro in order to generate the customized report for our private money investors on fix and flip projects.What can you recommend for a droid guy?
