The best thing to do is to start your search, and learn to decide for yourself--which you can do here--what lenders you are looking for, or just search Google for HM Lenders.RCN Capital, Realty Mogul, South End Capital are a few you can start with.

Subdivision development has continued to boom locally despite the national lull (if you google population of kennewick or pasco wa you'll see why) however the national situation still affects competition for jobs here.

For the certified annual audit, I looked on google and all I'm seeing are links saying charitable organizations with $300k or more are required to do this annually.

About 2 weeks ago (Aug 5, '15) I came across BP in a google search for something related to real estate.
