We have a multi family rental unit which uses oil for home/water heating.Our tenants are responsible for purchasing their own heating oil.We are trying to figure out a way to determine when/if our tenant is running out of fuel.Our maintenance person has communicated that one unit has repeatedly run out of fuel, creating an increase service cost on their boiler.I know there are WiFi options to meter usage.

Just to give an idea one of my residential agent friends listed a house here recently for 2,400 sq ft for 650,000.

So my real estate agent suggested looking into new modular home construction.

I used rental arbitrage to scale from $10k in my pocket to nine arbitrage properties in less than 2 1/2 years and then used that cash flow and profit to hire a full time operations manager, build a STR property management business with a partner and work with investors to purchase properties out of state..  

That will help keep thing square with the guests.Remember that you need to do a full background check etc etc with a regular full lease for the time they are there.

I personally don't think it's that great in terms of a full-on PM software.

I do not plan on paying for the service that she signed up for but also not clearly sure how I can help.

I would recommend consulting with a property manager and real estate agent for your search.
