Many owners now trying to flip them to MTR, so now that market is also probably over saturated.If you are super creative and maybe have some great connections with demand generators....like you work in the HR department of a reginal hospital or are a transplant coordinator or maybe a placement/claims adjuster for an insurance company, there is probably hope. 

The good thing about real estate is its very broad but yet also very connected to one another.

They have priced this 4plex to sell for 775k with maybe couple extra thousand in case the welling is deeper than anticipated or if i decide to use better finishes.

I suspect there has to be somewhere investors can easily connect with existing wholesalers, so any insight or guidance on this would be great even if it’s a trivial answer.
