Why does clicking the Purchase Info or Rental Info tab from the Results tab take me all the way back to the beginning of the Property Info tab and force me to go through pages where the data is not changing at all?

Pulling together a presentation and wanted to show a killer data point or graph.  

I suppose anyone could make errors like an extra 0 or clicking the wrong box (if that's how entering data on sites works).

Also Basecamp is pretty awesome for one-off project management things you'd want a thread-like forum or checklist driven things ie: "hey team, lets explore the feasibility of adding a sales manager" or "Acquisitions agent training checklist: start here"

Does anyone know of any services or websites that have free days on market (DOM) data?
