We are in the final stages of a SFH renovation and we have a bathroom 80 SQ FT that needs drywall hanging and finishing ready to paint, it is the entire room including the ceiling.I have had quotes and they seem a little over priced I wanted to know the cost to do the work only as I will be buying all the materials needed.From a previous job the cost was $45 per sheet and I provided the materials - this job includes around 11 sheetsWhat prices have you been paying in 2020?

Most issues I’ve handled remote ( I live 2 hours away by car ) and have only gone onsite twice - once for a complex electric water heater install and again when we did scheduled exterior painting.

A flipper would remove walls make it an open floor plan new cabinets granite, refinish the floors, paint, etc. etc, but a buy and hold would just do a carpet clean and put a tenant in there.
