Lenders won't require U.S. credit history however may require a foreign national credit report, and 2 trade lines opened and active for the past 2 years.

For residential, compare the actual rents (*not* rents suggested in a proforma) with properties currently for rent and with historical rents for similar properties using sites like Zillow and Rentometer.

Have you had a larger wholesaler send out the property for you or connected with lenders to see if they know of any buyers?

**Lower Initial Prices:** Buying early often means securing a unit at a lower price compared to completed properties.

Even if you are leveraging assets, if you are not occupying a property, all lenders are going to be looking for a big chunk.
