I grew up in SLO county, and have lived in Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo.

I currently sit in a cubicle (in fact writing this from it), and once I shed this burden of a job (goal of april 2015), I want to do the following: wake up with my kids, watch cartoons with them and make them breakfast, take them to the zoo in the middle of the day when it's not busy, hit the gym in the afternoon before the 9-5ers start flooding in, golf early in the morning when it's cheap and not busy, travel home to see family or take trips to the beach or ski slopes whenever we feel like it.  

Funny thing is that today's podcast with Anson Young talks a bit about co-wholsaling and what to do.Reen, I hope you join us on St Pete Beach at Keller Williams Suncoast after you become licensed.

(though, Newport Beach does) 

I'm located in Southern California, near Long Beach.

i've been wondering the same thing, been thinking of pinellas county and the beach area
