I would hope I don’t have to go the legal route as I would wait and see if she is just threatening or if she’s actually going to go further.  

If it's the same summit they will be selling those at 300k a piece.

During conversations they set the tone that it is achievable to do 3 in 6 months, they don't actually come out and promise 3 deals in 6 months. 

There actually was a bill to extend it at 100% through 2025...this episode did a good job of breaking it down though I'm not sure if the final decision has been made yet.

The only thing I ask for is a return of our linens, and if they want to use the photos that we paid for, reimbursement for that - our actual cost.

It's the second rule you should be concerned about, and it starts when you actually move in. 

Based on the train of thought you shared you are completely ignoring a critical piece of the equation which is your own capabilties and whether you have the ability to execute on the opportunity.

Now, there is no mortgage police that comes to knock on your door to verify that you've actually moved in.

Buyers will NEVER pass up on an actual deal.You can absolutely go look for buyers now but you will do a ton of work for mediocre results.

@Erin Spradlin you actually run into problems with this in some places because they won't let out of state residents manage their own properties.
