Were there renovations, what's the relative market like, do you have stringent leasing policies(min FICO score, no pets, no guests), are you priced too high?

Most hosts and guests initially communicate through that platform but quickly transition to email or text because it's just too wonky.

Before the market became saturated with retail investors, I'm sure driving for dollars was an untapped gold mine, hence, why older gurus still advocate for it.

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!

Each time you make a major status change or price drop, it should pop to the top of everyone's MLS results and folks will take a second look.

When done properly, this is particularly beneficial when a third party vendor or purchaser of the company requires a certificate of status which shows the registered series in use and in good standing with the State.

Also, my current CPA (who also resides in Chicago) is great and also specializes in real estate.I will add that spending the necessary money on a solid CPA is worth its weight in gold and pulling the trigger before you feel like you can afford it is a good thing!
