Hey BP family-Some local investors and I are wanting to take an educational trip to a great REI conference this year.

I am  real estate agent in Utah, whom is focusing on buy and hold, with the occasional flip.I was on BP a while back and have listened to most of Brandon's podcasts.I have read cover to cover The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money DownThe Book on Flipping HousesThe Book on Estimating Rehab Costs I have listened to the entire The 2012 Bigger Pockets Summit - Conference Audio My goal is to build a JV relationship with a investor to get started.Hard work does not scare me!

@Cameron Peters Thanks for the input, I've got a conference call with the PM scheduled today to discuss this further.  

I can only laugh...anyone who buys a seat at their conference, who invests in their 'capital' is essentially creating 'their' wealth.

Is Eastern PA along the NJ border any better with taxes? 

I can host over a phone\web conference.

@Andrew Schultz We will be meeting at the bar but will be seated outside or in a conference room.

They never responded to the question but said I had to wait for a monthly conference call to get the answer.

I don't think I could even concentrate on just learning the stuff with somebody giving me emails and conference calls and faxes, and thousands of pages to read and etc. etc. etc.

Just want to introduce myself, to the forum...I am looking forward to learning and networking ...I am wholesaling in Baltimore and Eastern Pa..Baltimore is a hot market if anyone is interested..I have a deal in the works...
