The education with which I'm connected has an 8-hour on-line class you can review anytime you want as many times as you want on Market / Property Analysis.

There has never been any type of fee associated with gathering this information online here, or even when I have gone into the auditor's office and asked for help they assisted me free of charge.  

I recently started learning about the 203K loan through the BP Podcasts and online resources.

Demand is up to do shows so these places have raised their rates as the economy has improved.I still hope one day they will put on another one but you might want to network online and then find a local group to meetup until that happens.

I read around online that stated I should go ahead and file form 2553 to be taxed as an S-Corp.
