. $300 to live in Lakewood is a win in my book and if you structure your deal right you can be there too and it seems like a no brainer cause its about $700 to live in one of those studio apartments in Lakewood.

If I get I think its 15 sales in a quarter I get a BRand new 150k Tesla for free... or something like that but I know like 10 sales is a 5k power wall.. and other goodies.. at least as much as buying real estate and finding some strategic partners is in my mind.. winning that P100 with Ludacris speed is something I will try for as well.

So it has been a win win for everyone.We have continued on the rehab with 2 other properties one of which will be a lease option and the other we are still deciding on whether to flip it or do a lease option for it.

It is because the whole world has access to online tax deed auctions and often the realtaxdeed.com website will show properties as, "SOLD" or "Certificate Holder Win" ..but something falls through where either the certificate holder win is not local and forfeits the win or out of state bidder wins the tax deed auction and walks away or simply something goes wrong and the transaction is not completed.
