I believe it is simply a cleaner and power wash.

If you do come across a unit smoked in, you can buy an ozone machine on Amazon for about 150 and that will help get rid of the smoke.

While the wicker color looks sort of nice, I think it really looks washed out in this picture, because they used that washed out red color in the door.

NYC / CALI / OREGON / WASHING / TX and other hot markets have high rents and people are being priced out of their rentals when their leases expire.

You cannot bill them for the water if its not submetered but you can put in the coin-op machine as long as your lease does not state that you're providing them with a laundry machine.

They want at least all new appliances including wash machine and drier.

Furthermore, the HOA dues were used to provide services, I wouldn't have had time to perform myself: Landscaping, roof replacement, gutter cleaning, power washing, ... etc.

After you file the claim, you wash your hands of it.
